Tania is French, She has both experience in the corporate world, the consulting and as an entrepreneur, providing solutions to connect people within a warm, safe and kind environment. She has been working in Europe (France and Switzerland) and USA.

She has over 10 years experience organizing events at Groupe Adhesion (Paris) and has worked as a consultant to ComExposium (Groupe Unibail, Paris) where she was organizing
business meetings during trade fairs for a wide variety of industries, including luxury, packaging,
transportation and the HR community. She has been working as a trainer, coach and facilitator for 6 years.

Tania studied International Business in Chambre de Commerce Forcomex in France. She holds a certificate in human resources and her coaching certification from I-D Com, Coaching Square and ICF. She is also qualified in different tools and methods like the Process Communication Model, MBTI and Positive intelligence.
