Cecile, a French professional currently residing between Paris and Shanghai, holds dual master’s degrees in Chemistry from ESPCI PSL and Marketing from HEC. Certified in coaching by ICF, she brings over seven years of industry experience, nine years in consulting, and more than twelve years of coaching expertise.

Specializing in change management, process effectiveness, leadership, and team dynamics, Cecile spent four transformative years in New York with her husband and three children and two years in China.

Cecile passionately believes in the transformative power of coaching, focusing on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and nurturing impactful relationships.
